Shipping Policy

At Island Roots, we are committed to providing fast, discreet, and reliable shipping for every order. From checkout to delivery, our goal is to deliver a premium experience with efficient fulfillment, secure packaging, and dependable service.

All products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Ohio, USA.


Shipping Requirements

Customers must provide a valid name and complete delivery address at checkout.

Island Roots is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer. Orders returned due to invalid addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order confirmation and verifying that the shipping address is correct. If an address correction is needed, customers must contact us immediately before the order ships by emailing info@islandroots.shop.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.


Free Shipping

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM ET typically ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will ship on the next business day.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.


Overnight Shipping

Overnight shipping is available for select orders and service areas.

Orders shipped via overnight delivery are typically delivered the next business day, depending on carrier service availability and regional limitations.


Adult Signature Requirement

For security purposes, large or high-value orders may require an Adult Signature upon delivery to ensure the package is received safely by an authorized adult.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using USPS and UPS, depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

While we work closely with our carriers, shipping operations and delivery scans are handled directly by USPS and UPS. In the event of delays, routing issues, or delivery discrepancies, the carrier may need to be contacted directly.

Our team is always happy to assist in opening or following up on carrier claims when necessary.


Reporting Delivery Issues

Any issues with your order — including missing items, damaged packages, or delivery concerns — must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of confirmed delivery.

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Island Roots ships only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
